    Booth Rental
    We ask all vendors to make a donation of goods in the amount of $25 to i-tri to be used as door prizes for the ABHC Awards Cocktail Party. Please make sure your item is labeled with your information or business card. Drop off to our staff during morning booth set up.

    Basic Booth – 12’x12’ with open space on each side $100

    Rules & Regulations for Antigua Barbuda Hamptons Festival Arts & Crafts Fair

    1. The Fair will be held in August of 2024.
    2. Vendors MUST attend all hours of the fair, and may not break down displays before conclusion of the fair!
    3. All merchandise being sold must be the original product of the vendor. Resales and dealers are NOT allowed unless you have prior approval.
    4. The fair will be held rain or shine, however if dangerous weather conditions persist the organizers may close the fair at its discretion.
    5. Vendors will supply tables, tents and displays. Tents should be anchored by 20-pound weights.
    6. Vendors are responsible for clean and neat maintenance of their booth(s) and surrounding area.
    7. Vendors are responsible for garbage removal.
    8. There are no electric or water connections available.
    9. Set up begins at 8:30am, and must be completed no later than 9:45am.
    10. i-tri is a youth service organization, event coordinators reserve the right to deny application or expel any vendor with no refund.

    Waiver: The undersigned, a participating member in the Caribbean Festival and Crafts Fair held in Marine Park, Bay Street, Sag Harbor, do hereby release the Organizers and i-tri from any and all liability for personal injury, property loss, theft, or damage at said Fair. The undersigned has read and agrees to the rules and regulations listed above.
